Welcome to the blog and press centre for Young Pioneer Travel, or YPT to our friends!

Welcome to the blog and press centre for Young Pioneer Travel, or YPT to our friends!

YPT are the first tour operator running budget tours to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, or North Korea as you might know it better, under the banner of Young Pioneer Tours, and since last year have expanded to running tours to not only Tibet, but a number of other funky little destinations such as Burma, and Rason, as well as two tester tours we arranging this year.

The reason for this blog is to keep everyone up to date on not only future tours, but how previous tours have gone and any news that has happened in our various locations. We keep a news section on our website, but quite frankly too much was going on, and this was the best way to get a record of everything.

Aside from the blog we will also use this as not only our press centre for things related to our destinations, but to note any companies, sites, or publications that have referenced to us.

If you have stumbled on this site by accident, please check out our parent website, or drop us an e-mail, your comments are always appreciated.
